Seceda Studios
Founder · Berlin video production studio
Seceda Studios is where the two halves of my career stopped being separate.
The studio side makes branded documentaries, commercials, spec ads, and narrative shorts out of Berlin, plus a YouTube channel about the craft. The software side builds open-source tools for the film industry: SlateHub and Pavilion, both written in Rust, plus AI tools for screenwriting and film-financing research.
Why a film studio, in the middle of an AI bubble? Because making things is no longer the bottleneck. Getting anyone to watch, use, or care is. Directing a film and launching a product are the same job now: assemble craftspeople, protect the story, ship on deadline, earn attention honestly.
Every earlier machine in this archive trained the product and engineering half. This one trains the story and brand half, every day.
